ways to grow your business

When you first started your business, you probably did a lot of research. You may have sought help from advisors; you may have gotten information from books, magazines and other readily available sources. You invested a lot-in terms of money, time and sweat equity-to get your business off the ground. So...now what?
its my personal view to start a new business almost every business find out markert place, supply chain, energy resourses, capital, labour, quality staff and you target your main product. .
Diversify
Small-business consultant several ideas for diversifying product or service line:
  • Sell complementary products or services
  • Import or export yours or others' products

i think import and export is always done on large scale it is not a small business... could you plz give me an example.

i think u didin't pick at all what i meant by import and export. How can u say it's not possible on a small scale.
you want example see it now:

My first uncle use to import candle lights direcly from China in the days of loadshadings. he spends almost 2 lakh on it idont think so its a heavy amount in my openion, might b heav amount in ur openion. And he earns up to 1 million from that sale.

I think it will be enough to justify my point of view on import and export on small scale.
