1 You can buy a person's hands but you can't buy his heart. His heart is where his enthusiasm, his loyalty is.
2 If you can run one business well, you can run an other business as well.
These two provers i love most and i thought i should share theses with you, in the first one is about the customer behavior how customer think about your product although customer buy your product but is not sure that next time he will buy it from you. it depends customer's wants, buget.
whereas in the second proverb it is said if you have strong internal control in your firm and it is sure you can easily run other business well.

These r excelllent proverbs which are posted by Qamar..have very deep meaning. I agre with it. i think if u want to see ur customer back with new transaction. then u should treat hime politely. and show him that he is buying from his own shop.
sure. If u dont hv strong internal system then its almost impossible to run ur even a single businesss properly..
