Effective Communication Rules

1: The result of the communication is the responsibility of the communicator because if others don't understand you, it's your fault.

2: It's not about you. Our tendency is to talk about ourselves, but the most effective approach is to talk about what is of interests of others.

3: If it isn't working try something else. If you are not getting your message across, try something different.

4: Communication can change reality.

5: Every action has a positive intention.

6: It's more important to be successful than to be right.
