Segmented pricing

Selling a product or service at two or more prices, where the difference in the price is not based on difference in cost.

As you can see the above image. Although there is a very nominal difference in cost which is $5, whereas it is sold for $100 this is more than almost the same stereo. Correct me if it is wrong that the pricing strategy is not based on cost.

what i think is that they change the price because they add an extra thing i.e. stereo parts in tv.So pricing depand on the quality and quantity.

the point that i want to make is that even though it add some thing that thing is not of the cost which they have added in price.
