3 quick tips to keep ur customers hapy

http://www.omstrategy.com/category/copywriting

During the browsing from the above mentioned link i found 3 importent sentence relating to convaying message to ur customer.

1- Write in a way your customers can easily understand
2- Don’t say it in 6 lines when you could say it in 1
3- Don’t use double-negatives & other language that make people feel you’re trying to trick them (’untick if you do not…’)

Openion:
The frist point is too importent. Because if ur customer is unable to uderstand what u r trying to say, whether that is in his/her favour, its just ambigous. Mean to say use simple or understandable language. Secondly, Try to convey ur message in a summarized way, mean dont prolonged it. Thirdly, If u will use tricky words, that can definately creat lots of doubts in the mind of customers. Then he might be turned away from ur services or what ever.

From the above mention link u can find an example which will help u to understand all of the very easily.

i dont agree with your 3rd point,
as u know when omore icecream was introduced infact, no body knew that what is omore.Because it wasn't mentioned there on thier posters or banners.
But what happened everybody including me was curious to know what is this omore. N finally what was the result when omore was introduced.nearly everybody tasted it because everybody was curious just because of thier advertisement.
I think in some cases curious words n other things like that are useful n a way to success in advertisement
