Psychological pricing Seller considers the psychology of price not economy. It is astonishing to know that people consider high price goods to be of high quality. It seems totally insane but is unbelievable fact .For instance a perfume of D&G even of the same quality will be purchased at a much higher price and will be perceived of high quality. On the other Tommy Hilfiger will be purchased at a lower price and considered to be of low quality.

Thats what people think ,, i personally also follow this copncept,, when i go to market,, I purchased expensive one from the same product of different brands.. Because i think the higher the prices higher the Quality..But some time I also disguised buy this strategy,, By paying higher price we bought poor quality too, So every one should be aware of all these factors.
