have a look at 1st pont i dont know wbt which type of engagement u r talking.. if is it work engagement.. then it wont b good for u coz employe dont want to work a lot ... or if u r talking abt engagemnt in te sense of decision making then it would be good for the compnay.. coz enployee will think that he is given value. then he will work more deligently...
for 9th point,, how it is possible to judge abt a manager as he is bad or not... coz some time employee dont like manager because he know how to get work from them..but employe dont like that to work hard...i think this is the most confusing point to get rid of manager..
