This is a interesting article about customer service. I think that the Newton's third law is a great way to approach customer service. Newton third law of motion, "For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction", very well applies to customer service. If an employee treats a customer disrespectfully and doesn't pay attention to customer that is how the customer will treat that organization. If you provide excellent customer service you can guarentee that customer will return.

very true!i also found a new term called Newtonian marketing where Newton's laws of physics are applied to marketing.pretty strange actually!but as the third law of motion can be applied to marketing,probably other laws can be applied too.
What about if customers talk to the employees in a rude way inspite of that they r wrong then the employees should also behave in the same manner? No, bcz the employees are always asked to believe that the customers r always right. So, in this case we can't apply Newtons third law of motion

i would agree with what maha said because employees can not replicate bad behavior that a customer does, but if a customer is satisfied with a product or service then why would they be rude?
