How to remain ever more creative while protecting your ego from egoism?

The talk speaks for itself. (Notice: No PowerPoint. The magic of storytelling.) Basically, the author and creative writer, Elizabeth Gilbert talks "about a different way to think about creative genius". Essential for those busy in creative acts and groundbreaking for those willing to be creative.

I fear if it relates to managerial skills specifically, unless we apply to it. But the reason i posted this TED video is to understand from a perspective of high-order reality the very process of creativity. Marketers are not chemists, or engineers. They have to be creative, like painters, artists, authors. This video sheds light from a new and more proper perspective on how to be creative and live, survive and flourish with this blessed quality of creativity. I don't see if its primarily concerned with skill of managing something, with due respect.
