Customer loyality means tendency of a customer to choose one business or product over another for a particular need. Because if ur customers are coming back to choose ur product over other products take example of soap there are man brands of soap in the market. but u should be able to sellto ur customers only ur soap.. then this generate ur revenues more rapidly.. Its all about to convince ur customers to came back to select only ur products as compare to thousands of products available in the market compared to ur products.
