The creative process is extremely important in todays organizations in order to innovate. I was reading about the creative process on the wikipedia and I found out that there some steps involved in this process. What I understood was that in order to start the creative process, an individual be prepared for the process. This preparation can be in the form of knowledge and experience etcetera.
After that, the individual analyzes the problem at hand. It generates all sorts of crazy ideas and alternatives which are as yet not analyzed. After the generation of options, the individual analyzes the options and chooses the one which is most beneficial to the organization.
